Chop Bloc Drinks Evening

On a miserable rainy evening in Chelmsford, spirits were brightened at the first ELIB drinks event @ Chop Bloc.

For those who braved the weather a warm reception was waiting (helped by cocktails) and a lovely evening was had by all.
